I don't think Spotify will last that long, but currently, it is the platform getting the most action for me.
As far as I have seen, most people listen to music online on YouTube, because it's free. I don't worry about the future of music, because like every single thing in life, the paradigm changes at least once every generation. I've watched that happen over the 58 years I have been playing professionally.
Bandcamp does allow covers if you buy a license. I don't want to buy licenses, so I use a blanket license which allows covers on streaming only.
"You must own or control all rights to everything you upload. That means covers are out, unless you have a written license or authorization from the artist to upload the cover to Bandcamp and grant us the rights in the terms below."
