Today, keto is the new veganism.
Your metabolism may differ from the norm. It may differ from the people who wrote books, hoping to cash in. I suggest each person do their own “study” on their own body. Experiment with your diet, find the ingredients that work for your goal (gain or lose weight, increase energy, improved sleep, better skin…). If you have a medical condition, check with a physician. Don’t trust medicine? Ask someone who wrote a diet book, they’re not biased.</irony>
When you find that magic diet, keep it to yourself unless asked.
